Here’s how the process works

Step 1

Schedule a call

After submitting a project enquiry we’ll schedule a time to chat about your business goals and objectives. If we’re a good fit I’ll put together a quote and let you know my availability.

Step 2

Research & discovery

First I’ll send you an online discovery questionnaire to help identify your core values, target audience and style preferences. This will ensure that we’re on the same page.

Step 3

Design & development

Next, I’ll develop a strategy based on your questionnaire answers. I’ll create a mood board to help identify your design preferences such as fonts and colours. Then I’ll design your logo.

Step 4

Project delivery

After approval of the design and completion of any refinements, I’ll package up your logo and brand files, which will be delivered either by email or a Dropbox link. Then you’re ready for launch.

How much does a typical project cost?

My brand identity package price is an indication only. A customised proposal will be provided after we’ve identified all the services and deliverables you need.

When can we start?

If you are ready to get started, simply submit a project enquiry on the contact page. I will be in touch within 1–2 business days to discuss your project. I often book projects 1–2 months in advance and take on a limited number of projects each month.

How long does the process take?

What do I need to have ready by my project start date?

Before a branding project starts you will need to complete my discovery questionnaire. This is a simple online form that helps establish your business objectives, target market and goals as well as identifying your style preferences.

What is a brand style guide?

A brand style guide is essentially an instruction manual on how your brand should be used. It will include variations of your logo, logo usage, colour palette and font suggestions. It’s important to keep your brand consistent across various mediums so your brand is recognisable. You can share your brand style guide with team members and others working with your brand.

What if I don’t like the first concepts?

If you are not happy with your logo after two rounds of revisions, I can develop further logo concepts which would be charged at my hourly rate. If you don’t wish to continue at this stage, work done up to this point would be invoiced.

How will I receive my final files?

You will receive your logo and any brand elements in formats suitable for print and web, including AI, PDF, JPG and PNG. These will be delivered via email or Dropbox at the completion of your project.

What files will I receive?

The Signature Branding Package includes a suite of logo variations designed to be responsive across all platforms, digital and print media, this keeps your brand consistent and legible to help create brand awareness. Your files will be provided in full colour, black and white in PDF, EPS, AI, JPG and PNG formats.

What is not included in the branding package?

Trademark registration
Font licences (budget between $50-$300 for this)
Additional revision rounds or additional concept designs (charged hourly)
Additional phone consultations (charged hourly)
Copywriting
Printing costs

Will you store my files?

Your final files will be sent via email or Dropbox. You will need to save them to your computer and I also recommend saving a backup to a cloud storage service like Google Cloud or Dropbox. Once the project is complete I archive the files.

How do I pay for my package?

Upon acceptance of the quotation you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total project cost. The remaining 50% will be invoiced upon completion of the project. All payment needs to be paid by bank transfer.

Do you do printing?

Yes, I provide printing services for business cards, stationery, brochures etc. I am also happy to work with a printer of your choice to make sure the job runs smoothly.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices on this website are in New Zealand Dollars.

What are your business hours?

Monday – Friday: 9am–3pm
Closed weekends and public holidays.
